This term applies to the creditors with claims against a debtor that exist and are valid.

This term applies to the creating of a public disturbance with loud noises, riotous and unsocial behaviour.

this is the term given to a court that is the last resort and whose decision is final and the matter cannot be considered again.

PRECEDENTS

These are the decisions of a court that are thought worthy enough to be used as models for future cases.

PROCEEDINGS IN BANKRUPTCY

These are the court actions that cover the questions an matters of a bankrupt person or company and the creditors.

SETOFF A

a counterclaim by the defendant against the plaintiff. The setoff may not have anything to do with a plaintiff’s original claim.

COGENT

This term applies to something that is convincing, compelling and appeals to reason.
