The destruction or abolition of something such as the abolition of slavery.

A term used to describe a court when all of the judges are sitting.

RIPE FOR JUDGMENT

the term that is given to a point in the case where everything that should be done is done before a final judgement is made.

IN ESCROW

a term describing liability for injuries that are the result of taking part in inherently dangerous activities.

SHORT RATE

a term that describes the agreement between the insurer an the insured to cancel a policy and make a new policy.
