ABATABLE NUISANCE

Not a permanent nuisance but one that can be corrected easily as not to harm anyone.

ALIAS EXECUTION

the second attempt to carry out an execution, a legal performance, after the original one has failed to accomplish the purpose of it.

the apparatus that is used to calculate the amount of alcohol that has been consumed. It is used by police to see if a person has been drinking and is intoxicated.

an insurance application and refers to a serious illness or condition that needed the services of a doctor.

Obtaining the redress or the enforcing of your rights by putting a matter before an administrative agency. If no remedy then the matter is taken to court.

ATTESTING WITNESS

the person who signs his name on a document tat the maker or maker’s request and certifies its identity and existence.

AISNE

the first born child in a family.

ABJURATION

Taking an oath that will give up a right already had such as pledging an allegiance to a new country by giving up the right of allegiance to another country.

APPORTION

This means to distribute the portions of something such as rights to something, land or shares.

ARGUMENT ON APPEAL

a legal argument that is set before a court that aids it in making proper judgement. It will submit facts and points of law that will bolster its contention.

ADMISSION TO THE BAR

The expression denotes a person, an attorney , has been admitted to the bar after fulfilling all the requirements and is able to practice law.

AGGREGATE LIABILITY

the total amount that is covered by a liability insurance policy. It may cover a set amount for a claim and an aggregate amount for several claims of similar nature. See insurance;

ACCUMULATIVE JUDGMENT

The additional or second sentence that will go into effect when the first sentence has been completed.
