SIDETRACK AGREEMENT

A measurement of how well a compoany is performing against its competitors.

SIGNIFICANT INFLUENCE

The influence that is exerted by one firm over another where the first firm owns between 20 and 50 % share in the other firm.

Also authorised signatory. A legal power that is designated upon various positions of organisation and control such as secretary or president.

A rating that is more than fair that is given to an employee or applicant due to their professional or personal similarity to the person interviewing or evaluating them.

A contract not made by a deed. It may be an implied contract evidenced by the conduct of involved parties.

SIMPLEX CONNECTION

A channel of communication where signals only flow in an outward direction and cannot flow back into the channel. Radio and television broadcasts are an example of this.
