NEGLIGENCE CONTRIBUTORY

a term that describes the situation where the plaintiff has not exercised due care and has contributed to the accident.

DELINQUENCY PROCEEDING

the action that takes place in a juvenile court when a child is placed under the court’s jurisdiction.

an oath that is sworn by the debtor that he has no funds or property he can pay his debt with.
