SADISM

term used for the rules and principles that have been accepted and recognised as they are reasonable and fair.

Any property that has been obtained by purchasing it.

These are the laws, rules, regulations and ordinances that govern the types of structures that can be built in various parts of the town, community or municipality.

EARNING CAPACITY

These are the monies that a person is able to earn that results from skills and training.

LITERAL PROOF

the term given to the proof that is offered as written evidence.
