What is LEVELS OF MANAGEMENT?

Company roles accountable for employee productivity and the work performance. The role of management is split into three levels: top-level, middle-level, and first-level. These levels are tiered in numbers and overall responsibilities. Within one organization more first level managers exist, with a smaller amount of middle-level managers, and even less top-level managers . Each management level carries greater job responsibilities for ensuring effective overall organizational operation.
