A single specific occurence that affects a plan or decision in a negative manner.

An account that is established by insurers to hold funds that will be jointly available in times of loss due to natural disasters.

RISK-FREE RATE OF RETURN

The rate of return that is optimum for an investment without incurring any risk where the investor receives the principal and a small return over a time period.

ROLE MODEL

A person who others aspire to be like, may be a person alive or dead, someone you know or don’t know but would like to be the same as.

The measure of the efficiency of a company’s marketing strategy. It is calculated by dividing sales of each share with the cash flow of each share.

SANITIZATION

The destruction of micro-organisms that could be harmful to health. Used on clothing and hard surfaces to destroy organisms by heat or chemicals. See disinfection and sterilization.

SCALE ORDER

A buyers order for his broker that allows for a client to move with the market trends.

SCHEMATICS

An early sketch or drawing showing the basic layout or representation of a concept. There are no fine details.

SEARCH ADVERTISING

Used in online and internet marketing. The ad will appear after a search using specific keywords for products. It will advertise like products you are searching for.

SEAT WIDTH

SECONDARY CARE

This is medical care that comes from another doctor or professional that the patient has been referred to for extra care and treatment.

SECONDARY PRODUCT

A product that has been processed from raw materials that is not classed as the primary product produced by the company.

A trust or mortgage deed that shows evidence that an asset orm property has been pledged as a security.
