What is ENROLLED BILL?

In legislative practice, a bill which has been duly introduced, finallypassed by both houses, signed by the proper oliicers of each, approved by the governor(or president) and filed by the secretary of state. Sedgwick County Com’rs v. Bailey, 13Kan. 60S.
