What is NOAH EFFECT?

A continuous factors’ series suffering abrupt, disconnected interruptions. These changes affect value distribution all along the continuum, often skipping values in an upward or downward direction. Also refer to Joseph Effect, anti-persistence, Hurst Exponent.
