What is NEMINE CONTRADICENTE?

Lat. No one dissenting; no one voting in the negative. A phrase used to indicate the unanimous consent of a court or legislative body to a judgment, resolution, vote, or motion. Commonly abbreviated “ncm. con.” Neminem oportet esse sapientiorem legibus. Co. Litt. 97b. No man ought to be wiser than the laws.
