Strategic design or ‘blueprint’ of corporate business, not the computerization. This blueprint is a business flow diagram of the business components employed in specific functional operations, the interrelationships of those components, and the information flows. The intent is to detail what components exist and how each component achieves its own objectives, rolling up collectively to successfully attain the objectives of the strategy of the enterprise.
