What is DIVISA?

In old English law. A device, award, or decree; also a devise; also boundsor limits of division of a parish or farm, etc. Cowell. Also a court held ou the boundary,in order to settle disputes of the tenants.Divisibilis est semper divisibilis. A thing divisible may be forever divided.
