What is CHECKSHEET?

Vehicle to record raw data. It is custom-designed for a user to easily read and interpret the results of an activity or process. It is one of the seven tools of quality. It presents an agreed-to, ordered sequence of steps or events to be marked off or checked off by the user as listed item is completed. It is required to be in the specific order or as the anticipated events must occur. Do not confuse this document with a checklist.
