What is PERFORMANCE EVALUATION?

A formal analysis of any individual’s actions pertaining to his/ her job, as well as the results of those actions, in relation to a particular position. When we talk about financial trading, the goal of performance evaluation is to analyze the extent to which an individual has added monetary value to the clients, as well as to the firm.
