What is MINUTE BOOK?

Compilation of meeting minutes retained in a binder or bound book for permanency. These are the detailed record of discussion and decisions at a firm’s official meetings. Typically this book is accessible at the firm’s registered office or legal address to all firm members. The law requires that all incorporated or registered firms maintain an up-to-date minute book.
