What is HAGUE RULES?

A 1922 convention that make the basic obligations for a shipper and ocean carrier regarding goods with a bill of lading. It prevents dissatisfaction and liabilty due to cargo damage. 90% of the nations use this in 1936 as the Carraige of Goods by sea act.
