Evicting a tenant from his/ her home by the landlord, or to deprive them of some of the amenities that the tenant pays rent for. This usually occurs when the renter defaults on payment, or might be a result of any alterations that might have been made by the renter to the property, or in case a breach of the original contract has been made in any way.
