What is NATIONAL STOCK EXCHANGE (NSX)?

Founded in 1885 as the Cincinnati Stock Exchange, a regional stock exchange. In 1980 this exchange closed its trading floor to become the first all-electronic stock exchange. It subsequently moved its operations to Chicago, where in 2003, it became the National Stock Exchange.
