What is MUTUAL FUND CASH-TO-ASSETS RATIO?

Invested mutual funds total that can be readily converted to cash. A low ration finds the fund manager predicting a higher stock yield based on market prices to encourage investors. Too high a ratio finds investors buying and the fund manager unable to account for all the transactions.
