LODGER Definition & Legal Meaning

One who occupies hired apartments in another’s house; a tenant of part of another’s house. A tenant, with the right of exclusive possession of a part of a house, the landlord, by himself or au agent, retaining geueral dominion over the house itself. Wansey v.
