What is GENERAL PARTNER?

Unincorporated business co-owners. Has unlimited personal liability for the firm’s debts in contrast to a limited partner. Member of a general partnership. One general partner’s actions bind all other general partners, exerting part-control of the firm. Known also as full partner. Also refer to limited partner.
