What is COMMODITY DERIVATIVE

An EXCHANGE TRADED DERIVATIVE or OVER THE COUNTER DERIVATIVE with an UNDERLYING reference based on nonfinancial COMMODITIES including chemicals, energy, base and precious metals, livestock, GRAINS, and SOFTS.
