The Federal reserve’s commentary that provides an explanation of the interpretations of regulations while acting as a guide to consumer’s exercise of rights. The format of the commentary follows that of a question and answer. It focuses on relevant aspects of the consumer protection regulation. Until today, the commentaries have ranged from Regulation E pertaining to electronic transfer funds, and Regulation Z which talks about consumer credit.
